Returns and Exchanges

*Our store hours are Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 10am-6pm, Wednesday 10am-4pm, Saturday 10am-4pm (excluding holidays). Please keep this in mind when you are expecting a response. 

*We do not offer refunds for returned items*
Returns includes STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. If you are not satisfied with your item, please return it in it's original condition within 14 days of receiving your package. We will provide you a store credit, minus our shipping and handling cost. Returns must be received unwashed and unworn. Must be returned with original tags on it. Items sent back worn, makeup stains or any stains, pet hair, smoke smell WILL NOT be accepted.

*If you used SEZZLE to pay for your order & return you items, you will still be responsible for making your SEZZLE payments. We are NOT AUTHORIZED to make changes or cancel SEZZLE payments, as SEZZLE is only a service we provide to you. SEZZLE is an entirely separate company that you have gone into an agreement with. 

*Damages or defective items*
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please notify us within 48 hours for a full refund. Notification past 2 day return window will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
